WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Limited-edition silkscreen prints, Apparel, and Originals: we fulfill and ship these ourselves within 2-5 business days for domestic shipping. International varies from 1 week to 4 weeks depending on locations.
Artwork prints: these are fulfilled by our trusted print partner; the estimated times are below, depending on where you live:
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, so review your order carefully before placing it. We do offer size exchanges on our apparel items. The customer is responsible for the reshipment costs.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?
We do our best to package every item correctly and safely, and appreciate your patience if your item arrived damaged. Please email us within 7 days with a message and photo at hola@holachal.com, and we will sort it out for you.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR CANCEL AN ITEM?
Many of our items are fulfilled through our trusted print partner, and unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address once the order is placed. However, we do fulfill limited-edition prints, apparel, and originals ourselves, and would be happy to amend the address if the order has not shipped yet. If you entered your address incorrectly and the item has already shipped, then unfortunately, it is out of our hands. If you notice an error with your address, please let us know right away at hola@holachal.com.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All packages are tracked, you will receive a tracking order once the package has shipped.
